LambrevE-picElin started his aviation career in the early 1980’s spending 11 years in military aviation followed by more than 25 years in commercial aviation. He have a MBA degree in Aviation Management and extensive training background. He is IATA certified instructor skilled and knowledgeable in delivering high quality training in various aviation related areas.
A results oriented professional with experience in Airline operations, Safety Management Systems, Aviation Auditing, Training, Dangerous Goods and Special Cargo Transportation, Product and Project Management.

In 1980’s he worked for military aviation as a flight crew at transport airplane. In beginning of 1990’s he left the military service and accepted work at “Air Sofia”- Bulgarian cargo airline. First as a flight crew for 12 years and then after MBA graduation- as a commercial executive. During his work as a flight crew he worked on ACMI basis for aviation companies including Turkish Airlines-Cargo, Air Afrique-Cargo, Sri Lankan Airlines-Cargo, UPS and DHL.
In 2006 Elin accepted a contract with the airline “Heli Air Services” and became a Project Manager of Aviation Unit under contracts with the UN Mission in Sudan (UNMIS) and the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). After 9 months of work he was promoted to Safety and Quality Manager.
In 2008 Elin joined International Air Transport Aviation (IATA) as an Assistant Manager, Passenger service responsible for BSP and Travel Agency network. In 2011 he was promoted as a Product Manager, Training managing cargo products. In 2014 to his area or responsibility was added aviation portfolio. He managed over 55 different products covering wide area of aviation business. In 2015 he was appointed as a Product Manager, Dangerous Goods training responsible for all IATA DGR training around the world. He managed the production of training materials, scheduling, instructor assignment and qualification for classroom training as well as the distribution activities of distance learning and computer-based training (CBT) on a daily basis. He had to ensure customer-centricity through effective quality management of course materials, examinations and instructors qualification. He attended and actively participated in meetings of IATA Dangerous Goods Training Task Force (DGTTF) and Live Animals and Perishables Board (LAPB).
Recently Elin is working with SAS as a consultant and instructor.
