Delivering Effective Aircraft Maintenance Planning Processes – 4 Days – Amsterdam

To Aviation β€œInsiders” it is not new news, but never the less it is true that Maintenance Planning is perceived by business leaders as an expensive overhead. Our mission is to share that the role of Maintenance Planning has the potential to provide significant savings whilst maintaining a fully compliant and safety focused maintenance management system.

EASA Part 145 Production Planning – 2 Days – Amsterdam

Whilst the responsibility for delivery of an effective Maintenance Planning process falls on the Operator the delivery of an effective Production Planning function sits firmly with the EASA Part 145 Organization. The role of the Production Planner is many and varied and can contribute to significant savings within the Part 145 Process if accomplished effectively.

This in depth 2 Day course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Production Planning. Furthermore it is specifically designed for people with a direct involvement in Part 145 Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.

EASA Part M Implementing an Effective Reliability Program – 2 Days – Amsterdam

It is a requirement an operator of large aircraft and when the Maintenance program is based on Maintenance Steering Group Logic (MSG) or on condition monitoring that the aircraft maintenance program shall include a reliability program.

The purpose of a reliability program is to ensure that the aircraft maintenance program tasks are effective and their periodicity is adequate, in addition the reliability program may result in the escalation or deletion of maintenance tasks, as well as the de-escalation or addition of a maintenance task.

The training focuses on the gathering and processing of data. The display of Reliability Data and the way in which this data may be used to benefit the maintenance program. The course is also very suitable for persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if the Reliability elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced. It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and Maintenance Management.
