Offered in cooperation with BAETC, the training program in Manama is running from September 18th to September 29th and includes a number of training courses which are specifically designed to update and familiarise delegates with both the fundamentals as well as the latest developments. Introducing Aviation Maintenance Error Management Systems (MEMS) – 2 Days – 18th – 19th September 2016

This highly interactive 2 day training focuses on the understanding, development and optimisation of an effective Maintenance Error Management System (MEMS) within your Maintenance Organisation. It is aimed at the understanding and implementation of all the necessary elements to create an effective Maintenance Error Management System.
The training considers the attributes of an effective and open reporting culture and how this may be fostered. The training will focus on the use of the Boeing MEDA tool as an aid to performing event Investigations.

Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures EASA – 2 Days – 20th – 21st September 2016

This training is designed to cover all elements which are essential to the effective management and operation of a fully compliant store. It provides attendees with:
– A detailed practical understanding of the requirements to Manage and Develop an Aviation Store.
– To provide a regulatory and industry perspective for staff involved in Stores
Management and Receipt Inspection.
– Develop the attendees understanding of airworthiness and Receipt Certification principles including:-Electrostatic Inspection.
– To develop procedures for use in Stores and Goods Inspection.
– To review the problems associated with bogus parts.
– The trainee must demonstrate an understanding the subjects covered

Root Cause Analysis for Quality Assurance and Safety Practitioners – 1 Day – 22nd and 27th September 2016

The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective Root Cause Analysis This course is intended to be highly practical and to help the delegate focus on the 5 elements which exist within a finding or issue.
The finding – What is the problem? – Why is it a problem? – What standard has not been met (is it internal or external)? – Why did it happen? – How to consider Root Cause?
The outcomes of such activities play a significant role in supporting the organization to achieve its goals to not just maintain, but to exceed regulatory compliance – What is the consequence – risk or opportunity considered and to consider the corrective action disposition – Who, What & When? Aviation Maintenance Auditing in a Part 145 Environment – 2 Days – 25th – 26th September 2016

This course is aimed at aviation professionals who are seeking to embrace a Maintenance Auditing Role. The course delivers an in depth understanding of the background to compliance management and auditing, auditing techniques and behaviours receive an in depth and practical coverage. The course is aimed both at new entrants to the auditing environment as well as industry professionals looking to polish their auditing skills. The training will place clear priority on the technique of integrated auditing including system and process auditing together with a root cause understanding of methods to identify systemic failures as opposed to mere compliance type audit findings.

Aviation Auditing in a Part 147 Environment – 2 Days – 28th – 29th September 2016

This course is specifically designed to meet the needs of an Auditor working in a 147 organization, written by an Auditor with more than 25 years practical experience across a range of business areas.
The course is aimed at aviation professionals who are seeking to embrace a EASA Part 147 Auditing Role. The course delivers an in depth understanding of the background to compliance management and auditing, auditing techniques and behaviours receive an in depth and practical coverage.
