The training program in UK is running from October 3rd to October 7th 2016 including several courses which are specifically designed to update and familiarise delegates with both the fundamentals as well as the latest developments. The courses are written by an industry professional with 40 years commercial aviation experience.
The following training courses are being offered:
Aviation Maintenance Instructor – Developing Effective Techniques – 2 Days
Train The Trainer Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS) – 1 and 1/2 Days
Train the Trainer Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) – 1 1/2 Days
This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the best practice Instructional techniques for effective training in the maintenance environment and prepares the Instructor with a key competence understanding serving as a precursor to taking part in Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) Training for Trainers, Internal Quality Auditing Training for Trainers and Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS). The course focuses both on the implementation and management processes involved in Maintenance Training as well as the need to develop personal training skills. Aviation Maintenance Instructor – Developing Effective Techniques – 2 Days is a pre-requisite course for persons wishing to undertake FTSTTT, EWISTTT and QATTT courses.
This intensive 1 and 1/2 day course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the requirement for effective EWIS Training and provides a thorough grounding in effective techniques to enable your nominated EWIS trainer to deliver appropriate training within your organization. The course is highly practical, and promotes best training practices. It also recognizes that while much commonality exists in these two subjects, EWIS training for groups 1 & 2 is very specific and relevant to the company fleet. It is an industry specific two-day program specifically designed for those who need to manage, or deliver FTS and or EWIS Training.
Train the Trainer Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) – 1 1/2 Days – UK – 6th to 7th October 2016
This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the requirement for effective FTS Training and provides a thorough grounding in effective techniques to enable your nominated FTS trainer to deliver appropriate training within your organization.The course is highly practical, and promotes best training practices and stimulates involvement and provides for powerful motivation. To introduce the delegate to training skills and to provide the confidence which can be developed to deliver effective FTS Training within your organizations.
