Building on the success of our previous courses, SAS is very pleased to be returning to the facilities of our training partner AESC in Hanoi to deliver the following 2 courses:

EASA Aviation Compliance Management, Auditing and Root Cause Analysis – 3 Days – Hanoi, Vietnam December 5th to Dec 7th

Safety Management Systems Overview and Recurrent Workshop – 2 Days – Hanoi, Vietnam December 8th to Dec 9th

Quality and Safety is the lifeblood of any organisations and proactive organisations take measures to both develop and enables the Quality and Safety functions so that they are strong and visible.

Any knowledgeable Aviation Manager will surely confirm that effective Quality & Safety does not just lead to a safer organisation, it provides the organisation with the data which can be used to optimise and drive efficiencies across the business.

The focus of the training is designed to enforce roles and responsibilities within the organisation, particularly in respect of the management teams SMS core responsibilities.

The courses are complementary and will be of immense benefit to Quality and Safety Professionals as well as business area managers, leaders and supervisors.

Compliance Management Auditing raises an understanding of the various roles of a quality system within the organisation, in particular to focus on effective identification of the need to perform root cause analysis of the discrepancies, and to take positive action.

SAS training places clear priority on best practice management of a strong quality assurance “compliance” system. Our training and workshops are designed to stimulate involvement and provides for powerful motivation, to re-enforce a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and integration of the Quality Management System QMS and the Safety Management System SMS.

Do you know the primary reason for Aviation Safety Management System “Failure”? (Fail is a hard word – maybe abject under performance is more appropriate!)

Aviation Safety Management Systems under perform because the Safety Manager is trying to implement “His” SMS and not the SMS which is driven by the core management team. (Unfortunately this is much misunderstood and reoccurs multiple times). Our training encourages the Accountable Manage to take ownership of the SMS Program.

The 2 Day SMS Recurrent and overview training aims to provide a comprehensive review of the overall effectiveness of our SMS. Delegates will undertake an overall review of SMS best practice and together with the regulatory driven obligations will perform a GAP analysis against their own organisation system.

The course is extremely intensive highly practical, and promotes best industry practices.
