The training program in Dublin is running from July 4th to July 8th 2016 and includes a number of “essentials” courses which are specifically designed to update and familiarise delegates with both the fundamentals as well as the latest developments. The courses will be delivered by Steven Bentley – an industry professional with 40 years commercial aviation experience.

EASA Part M Essentials – 1 Day
The Aims of the course are to provide delegates with a general overview of all parts of EASA Part M, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of EASA Part M and all its subparts and to understand how it relates to Part 145. The course delivers a detailed practical understanding of EASA Regulations relevant to the Part M Environment. An understanding of the maintenance organisations responsibilities, contracted arrangements, and a thorough understanding of the organizational responsibilities associated with Part M compliance.

EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials – 1 Day
This course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning. It is specifically designed to provide an essential knowledge of the people with a direct involvement in Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.
It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced.

Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – Essentials – 1 Day
The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective audits. The delegate will consider practices to determine the root causes of identified issues. Consideration will be given to developing high quality reports, meeting professional standards and clearly communicating the need to oblige the business area owner to deliver corrective actions.

EASA Part 145 Essentials – 1 Day
The Aims of the course are to provide delegates with a general overview of all parts of EASA Part 145, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of EASA Part 145 and how it relates to Part M. A detailed practical understanding of EASA Regulations relevant to the Part 145 Environment. The course is focused and stimulating, very practical and participation is encouraged. It is ideally suited to Leasing Company Personnel, Accountable Managers, Post Holders Maintenance Management Staff and Quality Personnel.

Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures EASA – Essentials – 1 Day
The EASA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff. This training is designed to cover all elements which are essential to the effective management and operation of a fully compliant store. This in depth 1 day training is designed to provide attendees with: A detailed practical understanding of the requirements to Manage and Develop an Aviation Store.
