The Aviation Instructional Technique program should be adapted to reflect the culture of your flight operation. Whenever possible, initial instructor training should be conducted in a group situation away from the pressures of the normal working environment so that participants can interact and communicate freely.

This course is particularly relevant for experienced captains aspiring to training captain status with no previous instructor qualification or experience.
