Kevin Rookes – Instructor of Sofema Aviation Services, had the pleasure to deliver EASA compliant training session in Bangkok from February 27th to March 8th 2019. It took place at Mjets Facilities in Bangkok, Thailand. Twenty-eight delegates from 8 companies attended the session, including NokScoot Airlines Company Limited, AEPS Consulting, Thai Aviation Services Limited,  Mjets,  Myanmar National Airlines and more. The eight-day training included:

EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials for Large Aircraft – 1 Day

The training delivers a comprehensive understanding of the role of EASA Part M related to the management of aircraft maintenance programs, together with a detailed understanding of how the various subparts interact. Also, an understanding of how it relates to the delivery of Maintenance within the Part 145. (Particularly related to an understanding of the maintenance organisations responsibilities, and contracted arrangements and obligations.)

Part M – All plus Subparts C, G & I in Detail – 2 Days

The primary purpose of this 2-day course is to provide a thorough understanding of the Role of Part M in all jurisdictions managed by an EASA Regulatory environment. It focuses on the Operators specific responsibilities and aims to provide a general overview of all parts of EASA Part M and to provide in details an in-depth understanding of Subparts C, G and I.

EASA Compliant Aviation Quality Assurance Senior and Lead Auditor Course Small to Medium Operators and Business Aviation – 5 Days

This highly practical training provides an intensive week of Quality Auditing Techniques aimed at persons with some auditing experience who are looking to become Quality Lead Auditors or Compliance Managers. The training places a clear priority on best practice management within a strong quality assurance “compliance” based system. The course also considers the various techniques for effective auditing across the business including the identification of systemic failures as opposed to simple compliance type audit findings.
