Elin Lambrev – Instructor of Sofema Aviation Services, had the pleasure to deliver EASA Quality Assurance Auditing and RCA Session in Mjets Facilities, Bangkok, Thailand.

The session started on September 23rd and finished on September 27th. Ten delegates from Royal Airport Services Co. Ltd., Sriracha Aviation Co. Ltd., Northern Aviation Services Co. Ltd. Mjets etc. completed the training session successfully.

They learnt how to:

– Re-enforce a comprehensive understanding of the requirements for both the QA & SMS systems including an understanding of the different types of audit applicable for each area and how to identify discrepancies.

– Understand the methodology to determine root cause and develop appropriate responses.

– Provide guidance and interpretation with regard to data and findings drawn from calculated results.

– Consider the fundamentals of a fully compliant EASA Aviation Quality Assurance System.

– Understand the purpose and process of delivering effective audits.

EASA Quality Assurance Auditing Introduction for Beginners – 3 Days

The course assumes a basic knowledge of aviation systems and processes however assumes no knowledge of EASA Quality Systems and focuses on introducing the delegate to all the concepts associated with basic compliance auditing

Compliance Management Auditing raises an understanding of the various roles of a quality system within the organisation, in particular, to focus on effective identification of the need to perform root cause analysis of the discrepancies, and to take positive action.

Root Cause Analysis for Quality Assurance Practitioners – 2 Days

The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective Root Cause Analysis This course is intended to be highly practical and to help the delegate focus on the 5 elements which exist within a finding or issue.
