Maintenance Organisation Approval & Approval of the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)

The purpose of the maintenance organisation exposition (MOE) is to identify the procedures, means and methods of the approved OTAR 145 organisation. An up to date and effective MOE is crucial to maintaining a valid organisational approval.

There are two options available to deliver a compliant Overseas Territories Compliant Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)

a) An applicant for approval under Option 1 shall provide to the Governor a copy of the MOE or equivalent document. A document in the English language shall be submitted demonstrating compliance with paragraph 145.7(a)(3).

b) An applicant for approval under Option 2 shall provide to the Governor a copy of the MOE and all other submitted document s in the English language. The MOE shall demonstrate compliance with paragraph 145.7(b).

e) A detailed understanding of the OTAR 145 Quality and Safety System.

f) Be ability to use the regulation to support full compliance within an Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO).
