Aircraft modifications or major repairs

– To ensure the aircraft owner / operator’s interest are being looked after during the maintenance input.
– To ensure the quality and requirements expected are maintained and fulfilled.
– To liaise and resolve ongoing issues with the MRO in conjunction with owner / operator.
– To liaise with the design organisation suppliers to ensure the project remains on target.
– To provide the owner / operator with regular feedback on the aircraft’s progress.

Aircraft transitions

– Attendance at pre input planning meetings if required.
– To ensure the aircraft owner / operator’s interest are being looked after during the maintenance input.
– To ensure the end of lease conditions are satisfied.
– To facilitate on site inspections by potential new lessees.
– To manage the expectations of both the outgoing and new lessees.

– To liaise and resolve on-going issues with the MRO in conjunction with the owner.

Aircraft repossessions

– Liaise with all interested parties to secure access to the aircraft and records.
– To liaise with all parties to enable the aircraft to be ferried to an acceptable storage / maintenance location.
– To prepare the records to an acceptable standard for presentation to a new lessee.
– To ensure the aircraft owner’s interests are being looked after during any maintenance input or storage.
– To facilitate on site inspections by potential new lessees.
– To ensure the quality and requirements expected are maintained and fulfilled and to liaise and resolve on-going issues.
– To liaise with the design organisation, suppliers and regulatory authorities to ensure the project remains on target.

Aircraft disposal and part out

– To liaise with all parties to enable the aircraft to be ferried to an acceptable storage / disassembly location.
– To prepare the records to an acceptable standard for presentation to interested purchasers to realise the best possible value.
– To ensure the aircraft owner’s interests are being looked after during the part out process.
– To facilitate on site inspections by potential component purchasers.
– To liaise and resolve on-going issues with the part out organisations in conjunction with owner.
– To provide the owner with regular feedback on the aircraft’s progress.

Engine Services

– Work scope planning for shop visits and liaison with engine shops on SB and repair assessment and cost reduction of invoices.
– Negotiations with engine overhaul agencies to obtain cost effective engine maintenance.

– Engine inspections for condition and serviceability status.
– Negotiation and preparing insurance claims after foreign object damage.
– Inspection and analysis of engine trend information and recommendations on any actions required.
