EASA 145 Production Planning Course – 3 Days

 

Sofema Aviation Services are pleased to offer a new 3 day course, covering in depth all the elements of the production planning process.

 

The role of the Production Planning is many and varied and can contribute to significant savings within the Part 145 Process if accomplished effectively.

Amongst the many duties include the general oversight of the facilities, general work preparation, responsive to environmental conditions, inventory control. subcontract Co-ordination, planning of safety critical tasks, managing facility availability, man hours estimation and availability and the control of approved data.

The primary objectives of the training include an understanding of the regulatory environment, together with a consideration of the interface between Maintenance and Production Planning.

The delegates will share a comprehensive understanding of the role of Production Planning in particular all of the fundamental activities, together with an understanding regarding industry best practice techniques to deliver effective Production Planning.

Safety management is playing an increasing role in 145 maintenance organisations and the training includes a promotion of an understanding the Role of Safety Management Systems, particularly in the area of Production Planning, as well as understanding of the possibility of generating efficiencies in the Maintenance Planning Process.
