Sofema Avaiation Services are pleased to offer on conjunction with Croatian Airlines the following training

Safety Management Systems Training For Aviation Safety and Quality Managers 2nd – 3rd July 2013

The course will be carried out in the facilities of Croatia Airlines, Zagreb  Croatia

EASA is moving ahead with a pace to align the EASA regulatory environment with the obligations to comply with ICAO Annex 6 and (the new) Annex 19

The ultimate effectiveness of the safety management system depends to a significant degree on the measures taken within the Quality and Safety areas to manage and deliver a strong working SMS system.

There are a particular mix of elements which have to come together to make the SMS work, not just as a system to satisfy regulatory requirement but as a tool to promote and deliver an effective management tool, which can not only measure and mitigate safety risks but can drive significant savings across the organization system.

Much is now understood about the workings of effective SMS systems and this can be shared with the delegates.

The training will consider the unique responsibilities which face the Safety Manager (with the Proactive support of the Quality Manager)  to deliver a strong and effective SMS system throughout the organization.
