Human Factors Training for Trainers, helps your organization to focus, optimize and develop human factors training which is not only fully compliant, but which focuses on the specific needs of your organizational.
The aim of Human Factors Training for Trainers program is to increase safety, quality and efficiency in aircraft maintenance operations by reducing human error and its impact on maintenance activities.
This is a core instructor skill training course which can benefit successfully your Human Factors Trainer whether at entry level as a new instructor or at recurrent level for mature and existing trainers. To understand the fundamental importance of delivering organizational specific human factors training.
The training is highly relevant for anyone who will be involved in the development and delivery of training of Human Factors within Aviation Maintenance Organisations.
Statistics show that error in maintenance operations significantly contributed to the 70-80% of aviation accidents attributable to human error.
We understand that 145 requires that personnel involved in any maintenance, management and/or quality audits, must have an understanding of the application of human factors and human performance capabilities. The course syllabus fully prepares the Instructor to deliver the full requirement for 145 compliant organisations.
