Sofema Aviation Services announces plans to deliver a series of 4 EASA regulatory trainings at Radisson Blu Hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania.  The aviation training courses will start on July 29 2013 (Monday) and end on August 1 2013 (Thursday). The following trainings will be delivered: EASA Part 145 Production Planning Essentials, EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials, Part OPS Implementation Essentials and Quality & Safety System Performance Auditing and Hazard Assessment – Essentials.

EASA Part 145 Production Planning Essentials, 1 Day – 29 July 2013


The role of the Production Planner varied and can contribute to significant savings within the Part 145 Process if accomplished effectively. The many duties include the general oversight of the facilities, general work preparation, responsive to environmental conditions, inventory control, subcontract coordination, planning of safety critical tasks, managing hangar availability, man hours estimation and availability and the control of approved data. This 1 Day essentials course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Production Planning

EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials, 1 Day – 30 July 2013


This aviation training course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning. It is specifically designed to provide an essential knowledge of the people with a direct involvement in Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role. It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced.

Part OPS Implementation Essentials, 1 Day – 31 July 2013


The new Air Operations requirements consist of the Regulation and its implementing measures/Implementing and the corresponding Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM), which are published
on the Agency website as Decisions.

Regulation 965/2012 has a significant impact affecting all European Operators. This training is specifically focused on key personnel in Aviation Management, Flight Operations or Aircraft Maintenance environment involved in or with responsibility for the implementing Part OPS transition from EU OPS. The course will additionally highlight
changes from EU OPS 1 and JAR OPS 3.

Quality & Safety System Performance Auditing and Hazard Assessment – Essentials, 1 Day – 1 August 2013
