Sofema Aviation Services to deliver 4 day intensive PART OPS / SMS Training Program in the facilities of the Lithuanian CAA

The Part OPS training program runs from 22nd to 23rd April and covers the essential elements associated with the requirements of Regulation 965/2012 and has a significant impact affecting all European Operators.
This training is specifically focused on key personnel in Aviation Management, Flight Operations or Aircraft Maintenance environment involved in or with responsibility for the implementing Part OPS transition from EU OPS.
The Safety Management Systems Implementation Review & Workshop runs from 24th to 25th April and provides for a practical assessment of the status of your SMS Implementation, with focus on gap analysis, measurement of current status and practical implementation challenges, including the identification and management of hazards.
The SMS Implementation training develops a full understanding of the current position, identifies the organization focus and considers a road map and time line to achieve the stated objectives.
We will consider the difference between quality and safety auditing, also the importance of bringing together Quality Safety and Human Factors in the work place.
We will also consider SMS as the means not just to deliver this safety but to introduce a systematic approach to identify hazards and other exposures within your organization.
Subjects covered include a Gap Analysis of your current SMS system. Understanding of the Role of Quality Assurance and Safety Assurance in your Organization. Developing SMS Management Processes and Supporting Documentation and How to optimize The Risk Management Process.
