The Flight Operations Management course is a two days course which teaches delegates the basic requirements of a company Operations Control Centre (OCC) and the workflow processes and procedures. Wed Nov 27th Team Crew Dispatch Management 1 Day (Dubai)
Team Resource Management (TRM) is based on the recognition that many operational incidents could be traced back to failures in human performance and teamwork.
This training includes separate modules on Teamwork, Team roles, Communication, Situational Awareness, Decision Making and Stress. All modules are created to cover the management of error and violation and the impacts of automation.
Effective TRM in Ground and Flight Operations Support requires the best use of all available resources in support of a safe and efficient operation which reduces both the incidence of error and the consequences of residual error. The Fatigue Risk Management course is a one day course which teaches delegates how to develop comprehensive fatigue risk management systems at their own worksite and workforce personnel with the skills to manage the risks of fatigue at a personal responsibility level.
