1. A minimum standard 15% discount for Sofema Online courses on our online training platform www.sofemaaviation.com will be provided as a part of this PTP agreement.
2. A dedicated Account Manager will be provided to provide you with a direct contact to answer your questions, provide support and guidance and help you to choose the best options for your organisations needs.
3. PTP Partners can request accelerated loading of a training subject, (When not currently available – 20 Delegates required)
4. When using corporate enrolment for EASA 145 Recurrent Training we support you with reminders of mandatory courses for the staff (HF, EWIS, and FTS). Only when a mass purchase is done. (by request)
5. 10 % discount on all Diplomas and packages available on Sofema Online.
6. Special price of the Sofema Online Freedom Pass Package which includes all courses on Sofema Online available for 1 year at a price of 1250 Euro instead of 1475 Euro.
7. Individual Freedom Pass Available with 2 Payments for Staff of PTP Clients (2 Payments of 625 Euro, First payment is due before commencement of the freedom pass package and the second payment is due after 60 Days of the enrollment.
Policy for Countries with Withholding Tax (WHT) Requirements
To accommodate administrative and legal tax obligations in specific jurisdictions, the following adjustments apply to the PTP and PBP programs:
PTP Discount Adjustments
For clients operating in countries with a mandatory tax withholding policy (up to 10%), the standard PTP discount is adjusted to ensure compliance:
- The standard 15% discount is reduced to 5%.
- The client is authorized to withhold 10% for local tax purposes.
- Tax Certification: Upon provision of an official Certificate of Tax Withholding, SAS offers two options:
- A: A refund of the 10% from the received amount; OR
- B: An equivalent 10% credit from the received payment to be used for future training.
