The Aviation Quality and Safety Management Symposium – Speakers

 James Pike, will talk about “Challenges of Auditing of Airport Security” on the first day of the Symposium and about

“Considering the Value of voluntary versus mandatory Training Programs” during the second day.

James has had a long and well-documented career within the security training field, which goes back nearly 25 years. His practical knowledge within this field is extensive and complements his knowledge of current statutory legislation.
James career within the security industry started back in 1992 with “Aviation Defence International”, where he held the post of Global Training Director.

In 2010 he formed his own training company JP International Aviation Security, and from which a further company was established to meet the demands of the commercial market, “JP International Training”. This company works within the Aviation and Commercial market providing quality training to business, which is looking to provide security to their business and also meet the recommended guidelines.

James has worked with some very large companies within the security field and is well recognised both nationally and internationally for the quality of training that his company provides.
He also worked with companies such as “British Airways”, “HarrodsAviation”, “FedEx”, “DHL”, “EasyJet”, “Essex Police”UK “Department for Transport” and the “UK Security Services” to mention just a few.

James is very comfortable and confident in providing quality training to any company or organisation as he possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to communicate concisely and articulately at all levels.

He is a motivational and inspirational senior Director and is capable of empowering individuals to enable them to fulfil their potential, whilst ensuring they make a significant contribution to the team.
