About the instructor:
Florin Necula graduated Faculty of Aerospace Engineering in Bucharest. Then he followed and MSc module programme in Airworthiness, in the UK. Currently, he is a PhD candidate with the main research topic in maintenance errors with the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, where he is also a lecturer.
Florin joined SOFEMA in 2013 and since then he delivered trainings related to aviation legislation, Safety Management Systems (for operators, MROs, airports, ATC organizations), Risk Assessment and Quality.

Aviation and Maintenance Human Factors (Initial) ā 2 Days
The training will introduce the delegates to all elements of Aviation Human Factors with the intention of providing a better understanding of the subject and to find workable methods to improve standards and compliance. Itās objectives are to recurrent the implications of error, the organisationās safety culture, its procedures and safety policy and methods of communication.
This training which is focused on the professional development of key stakeholders is designed to provide participants with a detailed understanding of all elements of an integrated CAO. Including an in-depth understanding of the purpose, structure, and regulatory requirements of EASA Part CAO Implementing Rules, AMC & Guidance Material.
