Vietjet has selected SofemaOnline (SOL) to support the training needs of more than 120 Employees who have been enrolled in the Sofema Leadership Program
SofemaOnline supports the training needs of aviation professionals all around the globe with over 217 online courses and Diploma Programs to choose from. We are constantly improving our training services and we are delighted to announce yet another company that has trusted us for the training of their delegates.
The New-Age Carrier Vietjet has enroled 120+ employees into the Aviation Leadership and Management Skills Development Package, consisting of 3 specially selected online courses. On completion of training, each one of the delegates will be able to download and print out a certificate.
In addition to the Leadership Package, SOL will provide 3 webinars to Vietjet’s staff. During those sessions, all questions delegates may have will be answered and the entire process will be recorded and made available as an MP4 file.
What is the Aviation Leadership Package about?
Aviation Leadership and Management Skills Development Package considers the differences between Management Skills and Leadership Skills, as well as Conflict Management, Team Building and Coaching & Mentoring. It consists of the following 3 online courses:
