Wed 25th February SAS completed a 2 day Production Planning Course for a group of planning specialists.

The role of the Production Planner is many and varied and can contribute to significant savings within the Part 145 Process if accomplished effectively. Amongst the many duties include the general oversight of the facilities, general work preparation, responsive to environmental conditions, inventory control. Sub Contract Co-ordination, planning of safety critical tasks, managing hangar availability, Man Hrs estimation and availability and the control of approved data.
