Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – 2 Days – 19th – 20th January 2016

The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective audits. The delegate will consider practices to determine the root causes of identified issues. Consideration will be given to developing high-quality reports, meeting professional standards and communicating the need to oblige the business area owner to deliver corrective actions.

Safety Management Systems Audit Techniques – 2 Days – 21st – 22nd January 2016

This 2 Day course focuses on the best practices to deliver Safety Audits, understanding how to gather views and interpret the data we see in a meaningful way.

The Safety Management System identifies as an essential goal, the improvement of the Safety Performance. In so doing the SMS aims to deliver an improvement in the risk exposure.

Looking at Risk is extremely subjective and this 2 Day course focuses on the best practices to deliver Safety Audits, understanding how to gather view and interpret the data we see in a meaningful way.

Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures EASA – Essentials – 1 Day – 25th January 2016

The EASA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff. This training is designed to cover all elements which are essential to the effective management and operation of a fully compliant store. This in-depth 1-day training is designed to provide attendees with a detailed practical understanding of the requirements to Manage and Develop an Aviation Store.

EASA Part 145 Overview and Recurrent – 1 Day – 26th January 2016

The course aims to give delegates a recurrent understanding of the maintenance organisation’s responsibilities, and contracted arrangements, and a thorough understanding of the organizational responsibilities associated with Part 145 compliance.

EASA Part M Overview and Recurrent Training – 1 Day – 27th January 2016

The course aims to give delegates a recurrent understanding of the operator’s responsibilities, contracted arrangements, and Subpart J and Subpart I responsibilities.

Aircraft Reliability Systems Essentials – 1 Day – 28th January 2016

A reliability program provides an appropriate means of monitoring the effectiveness of the maintenance program. This training covers all elements required to ensure you achieve the maximum benefit from your Reliability Program. This intensive 1-day course will explain in detail and raise awareness regarding the management, oversight and methodologies involved in Aircraft Reliability Systems.
