EASA Part M Essentials – 1 Day – 24th May 2016
The Aims of the course are to provide delegates with a general overview of all parts of EASA Part M, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of EASA Part M and all its subparts and to understand how it relates to Part 145. The course delivers a detailed practical understanding of EASA Regulations relevant to the Part M Environment. An understanding of the maintenance organisations responsibilities, contracted arrangements, and a thorough understanding of the organizational responsibilities associated with Part M compliance.
EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials – 1 Day – 25th May 2016
This course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning. It is specifically designed to provide an essential knowledge of the people with a direct involvement in Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.
It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced.
EASA Part 145 Essentials – 1 Day – 26th May 2016
The Aims of the course are to provide delegates with a general overview of all parts of EASA Part 145, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of EASA Part 145 and how it relates to Part M. A detailed practical understanding of EASA Regulations relevant to the Part 145 Environment. The course is focused and stimulating, very practical and participation is encouraged. It is ideally suited to Leasing Company Personnel, Accountable Managers, Post Holders Maintenance Management Staff and Quality Personnel.
EASA Part 145 – Aviation Production Planning Essentials – 1 Day – 27th May 2016

The training is specifically designed for people with a direct involvement in Part 145 Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role. It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment.
Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures EASA – Essentials – 1 Day – 30th May 2016
The EASA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff. Aviation Quality Auditing Essentials Overview – 1 Day – 1st June 2016
This 1 day Quality Auditing Essentials course is highly charged with effective audit practices from an auditor with more than 20 years specific commercial audit experience. The entire day is focused on Auditing essentials. It is a highly practical course offered by Sofema Aviation Services is designed specifically for all aviation professionals who need to understand the techniques associated with effective auditing. This 1 day intensive course is specifically designed for leasing companies and persons who need to have a realistic grasp of the techniques used to deliver an effective audit. Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – Essentials – 1 Day – 2nd June 2016
The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective audits. The delegate will consider practices to determine the root causes of identified issues. Consideration will be given to developing high quality reports, meeting professional standards and clearly communicating the need to oblige the business area owner to deliver corrective actions.
Safety Management Systems Essentials Overview – 1 Day – 3rd June 2016
This 1 day course aims to provide a comprehensive review of the overall effectiveness of our SMS. Delegates will undertake an overall review of SMS best practice and together with the regulatory driven obligations will perform a GAP analysis against their own organisation system. The course is extremely intensive highly practical, and promotes best industry practices.
