Aviation Human Factors Train the Trainer is a participative comprehensive program and stimulates involvement and provides for powerful motivation.
During the training the delegate explores fully various Adult learning strategies and considers the most effective processes to effectively teach adults.
As well as Human Factor Trainers the HF TTT course is of benefit to Quality and Safety personnel as it provides an insight in effective behaviours within the organization together with and understanding of “Rule Breaking”.
In addition, others who will benefit from attending Human Factors Train the Trainer include: Quality Audit Staff, Department Managers and other Training staff.
In EASA approved jurisdictions Human Factors Training has been mandatory since 2006 for all Part 145 Organizations (and soon also for PART M organisations). It is generally accepted that the most effective HF training, is training which considers specific organizational issues, together with an input from the Organization Quality and Safety System.
EASA GM 145.A.30 (e) advises that HF topics should be related to maintenance engineering where possible; too much unrelated theory should be avoided.
