The primary purpose of the training is to enable the internal training of your own organisations auditors.
The EASA compliant Aviation Quality System should be at the heart of the operation whether it is compliant with Part OPS or Part 145, the audit program should be fully functioning within every department and element of the organization, as part of this organizational system. Internal part time auditors can provide a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the quality system.
Your EASA Compliant Quality Audit Program focuses on the need for audit independence. Being able to train persons within the organization who are not directly involved in the business process under examination, provides an ideal opportunity to demonstrate audit independence.
For example if the QA Department is managing the organization competence program than it is appropriate for the audit to be performed by a competent internal auditor outside of the department.
Typically you will already have Competent Quality Auditors; we develop this basic skill with sufficient training competencies to support the training of internal auditors.
Aviation Quality Auditing Train the Trainer (QA TTT) is aimed at existing Aviation Quality Managers and experienced auditors who are wishing to develop the necessary skills to appoint internal auditors.
The training consists of an intensive and participative program designed to stimulate active involvement and to provide for powerful delegate motivation.
During the training the delegate will consider in detail the various Adult learning strategies appropriate to the training of internal auditors and the most effective processes to support the development of Auditor competencies.
The QA TTT Program has been developed and is delivered by an industry professional with more than 40 years commercial aviation experience, and 25 years aviation auditing experience. The training is presented by instructors with real hands on experience in understanding effective ways of delivering successful audits.
Whilst this training course is specifically intended for aviation professional who are required to provide training for internal aviation quality auditors. It will also be of interest to other Trainers and Managers within the Organization.
This course is designed to accommodate all persons who are required to deliver Aviation Internal Auditor training, both in Maintenance and Operations.
However Aviation Quality Auditing Train the Trainer Maintenance and Operations is not for anyone! A strong background in aviation operational and /or maintenance principles together with a deep understanding of quality Audit principles is a prerequisite.
