Course Content
For delegates to understand how to design and deliver training in their own organization based on the HF model but suitable for other in company training session. To enable delegates to learn training skills, which can be developed to maximize the effectiveness of the training sessions.
A very essential element of our Train the Trainer course is understanding that effective training is not the same as presentation, with the trainer talking and the delegates listening. At least 25 % should be direct participation by the delegates.
Our Train the Trainer programs are designed to be intensive and interactive, with many opportunities for delegate participation including mini presentations.
Each Maintenance Organisation should review HF training to ensure that it is delivering organizational best practice. The HF Training should be related to the organizations culture .including the quality and safety system.
