EASA Part 145 / 147 Instructor Techniques Course Train the Trainer – 5 Days

The 5 day intensive training program is designed to take an experienced & competent aviation person through the various steps which will deliver you as a competent training.

During the course you will understand the structure, composition and impact of EASA Part 147 & Part 66 Regulations. It is important for the instructor to have a strong understanding of the regulations as we need to ensure fully compliance with all regulatory obligations as a basic obligation.

As a 145 Instructor it is quite possible that you will “own” the responsibility to develop and maintain the in company training program. As a Technical Training Instructor for Type or Basic you will typically be working within the structure of an existing organisation.

j) Consider group learning and collaborative learning techniques;

k) Stay up to date with industry instructional techniques;
