Part 147 & Part 66 Regulatory Training and Overview for Competent Authorities – 3 Days

Introduction

EASA Part-66 is the regulation governing a common European aircraft maintenance license recognized in all EASA member states. EASA Part-147 delivers the regulations governing a Maintenance Training Organisation responsible for either Basic or Type Training for Part 66 Engineers.
This course provides delegates with a detailed understanding of Part 147 approved training organisations together with a detailed review of Part 66.
In addition the training  considers the impact of the changes proposed by  Notice of Proposed Amendment 2023-10 (B)
The course is aimed specifically at, Regulatory Authorities however is also relevant for all stakeholders and is suitable for Accountable Managers, Training Organisation Managers, and persons wishing to expand their knowledge of Part 147 & Part 66.

Target Groups

EASA and European Regulatory Inspectors, the course will also be of particular interest to Maintenance Training Managers, Quality Assurance Managers, Accountable Managers, and Form 4 Post Holders.

Pre-requisites

A background awareness regarding the roles and responsibilities within an aviation training environment would be an advantage.
