Reliability Programmes for Part CAMO – Maintenance Planning & Reliability Engineers – 1 Day

Introduction:

Per AMC4 CAMO.A.305(g)(d) Personnel involved in developing and amending/reviewing the AMP, in assessing its effectiveness and/or working on reliability programme, should have knowledge of, or be trained on statistical analysis and reliability methodology.

Demonstrating the effectiveness of your maintenance programme is one of the most critical CAMO tasks that must be performed by those individuals and organizations that are involved with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft &/or Aircraft used by licensed air carriers.

This one-day webinar provides delegates who are new to aircraft maintenance reliability, with a general introduction to the theoretical construct and mathematical reliability model together with instructor-led demonstrations and a short review of MSG-3 and its relationship with reliability.

More so, the webinar also provides a general overview of reliability management as a key continuing airworthiness task, not least programme development that is acceptable to both the operator and your regulator.

The course may be delivered in either classroom or webinar format, and also covers the use of reliability data in terms of collection, interpretation & reporting as well as providing you with an overview of the necessary competencies that are required by aspiring reliability professionals and those involved in the development and management of the maintenance programme.

Who is the course for?

This course is designed for persons who are new to reliability management or need an appreciation of the reliability function and how it effects their work. This includes but is not limited to Aircraft or Component Maintenance Planners & Maintenance Programme Engineers.

The course is also beneficial for Executive Officers and senior CAMO managers needing to gain an appreciation of the reliability management and the importance of it.

What is the Benefit of this training? What will I learn?

Delegates will be provided with a basic introduction to the reliability concept, programme development based on EASA Part CAMO and associated regulatory requirements, not least the basics of reliability programmes that are acceptable to the regulator.
