Program launch
The Leadership Scholarship program officially kicks off this September, offering a six-month training and development experience. Participants will engage in a range of learning activities designed to provide valuable insights and practical skills, with guidance from industry experts.
What to expect?
This third edition of the program unites 100 winners from around the world in one unified experience, valued at over €50,000, offering six months of intensive learning and development. These courses are carefully chosen to develop critical leadership skills, from effective communication and public speaking to team development and negotiation strategies. Each course is tailored to ensure participants are well-prepared to lead in the aviation sector.
Throughout the program, participants will explore a selection of targeted courses, including:
- Leadership and Management Skills Development
- Body Language for Executives
- Building Competency in Leadership
- Effective Communication and Assertiveness
- Mastering Public Speaking
- Developing High-Performing Teams
- Core Principles of Operational Excellence
- Negotiation Skills for Leaders
Upon successful completion of each course, an online certificate will be issued. After completing all 8 courses, you will be eligible to apply for an additional Aviation Future Leaders Scholarship Certificate. This certificate will be sent as a soft copy to your registered email address.
Additionally, winners will enjoy free exclusive online workshops led by Steve Bentley, CEO of Sofema Aviation Services and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS), ensuring an engaging and interactive experience. You will receive more details regarding the Workshop in your inbox.
