Sofema Aviation Services has signed a contract with Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies for the delivery of  EASA Compliant  Part 145 Competence Management Training to more than 70 Maintenance Staff.

  

The training was delivered by Steven Bentley Managing Director of Sofema Aviation Services www.sassofia.com  and delivered the following content  which focused on organizational compliance management processes, including EASA compliant Management and Measurement of Competencies within the organisation. Industry best practice techniques to deliver effective Competence Management. In addition the following subjects were covered – Understanding the challenges to implement effective Competence Management and Assessment processes.  Managing the Training requirements for Competence Assessors and Managers.  Organisational Competency Assessment Road Map.

 

The trainings were delivered in the facilities of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies   during November 2012.
