Introduction
Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011 lays down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to civil aviation aircrew pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

It is for persons who are involved in in the management of pilot training, Pilots and Flight Operations Quality Auditors, Flight Operations Inspectors, Regulators and other External Auditors and Interested Parties.

Target groups
The Primary Focus of this training is aimed at European Operators and Approved Training Organisations. In addition, the course will be of significant benefit for persons involved in the management of pilot training as well as Pilots and Flight Operations Quality Auditors, Flight Operations Inspectors, Regulators and other External Auditors and Interested Parties.
Pre-Requisites
A background in an aviation environment and familiarity with existing Air Crew Regulations will be an advantage.

To familiarize participants with the structure and content of the Air Crew regulation. To achieve an in-depth understanding of the structure and content of Regulation (EU) 1178/2011 (as amended), and attain the skills necessary to deliver regulatory and oversight audits of industry.
