About the course:

This training is based on the latest edition of IATA DGR and it’s designed for the shippers and their agents (Category 1 from the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations Table 1.5.A), involved in the preparation of Dangerous Goods for air transport.

What is the Benefit of this Training – What will I learn?

After attending the course, the delegates should be able to:

a) Apply the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations correctly
b) Apply the legal aspects involved
c) Identify dangerous goods
d) Navigate through the List of Dangerous Goods
e) Understand the packing requirements and packing instructions
f) Properly mark and label dangerous goods packages
g) Correctly complete Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods and appropriate Airwaybil
h) Follow general emergency procedures when a damaged or leaking package is discovered
