Sofema Aviation Services (SAS) believes that the most effective HF training is “home grown” and promotes strongly the use and development of in company trainers to ensure fully compliance with the requirement of EASA regulations. (EASA regulations require all Part 145 maintenance organisations to implement a HF programme for all relevant personnel who are involved in aviation maintenance activities.

Our four day intensive HFTTT program is aimed at understanding the organisation exposure with the specific goal of increasing safety, and quality of work within the aviation maintenance environment

The course syllabus specifically address all elements as required by EASA Part 145 Guidance Material (GM) and focuses on the needs of the instructor to develop personal instructional techniques and practical skills development.
