Tues Jun 2nd saw the completion of an “In Company” regulatory training for Montenegro Airlines covering EASA Compliance Management and Auditing.

The course was delivered by Steven Bentley MD of Sofema Aviation Services and covered a range of specialised subjects including the following:

– EASA Regulatory Requirements for a Compliant Quality System
– The Management System requirements of Part OPS
– Compliance Monitoring Principles and Practice – The Role of the Compliance Manager
– Management System Principles – Post Holder
– Effective Audit Communication
– Dealing with Situations
– Root cause analysis

SAS has been delivering regulatory training throughout Eastern and Western Europe, The Far East, Middle East and Africa. During 2013 more than 1500 delegates passed through Sofema Aviation Services EASA compliant regulatory training.

Montenegro Airlines was founded on 24th October 1994. The company is licensed to operate scheduled domestic and international passenger transport and charter operations, as well as for carriage of cargo and mail.

Today, Montenegro Airlines operates scheduled flights to Zurich, Frankfurt, Rome, Paris, Ljubljana, Vienna, Belgrade, Moscow and Copenhagen, successfully establishing an air bridge between Montenegro and Europe.
The Montenegro Airlines fleet consists of 6 modern aircraft – 2 Fokker 100s and 4 Embraer 190/ 195. Future development plans for Montenegro Airlines include further modernization and enlargement of our fleet with more Embraer 195s.
