About the training:

COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 127/2010 of 5 February 2010 amending Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003 introduced the option whereby an organisation suitable approved may issue permits to fly.

M.A.711 (c) A continuing airworthiness management organisation whose approval includes the privileges referred to in point M.A.711(b) may additionally be approved to issue a permit to fly in accordance with Part 21A.711(d) of the Annex (Part-21) to Regulation (EC) No 748/2012 for the particular aircraft for which the organisation is approved to issue the airworthiness review certificate, when the continuing airworthiness management organisation is attesting conformity with approved flight conditions.

This 1 day intensive course considers the roles and responsibilities of the PART M CAMO and the interfaces with PART 21 Subpart G Production Organisations and Part 21 Subpart J Design Organisations. Including the Oversight of Maintenance Activities, Management of STC,s Mods and Repairs and the issue of Permit to Fly.
