Developing Quality Assurance Techniques in a Part M & Part 145 Environment – 3 Days – 21st to 23rd November 2016

This course is specifically designed to meet the needs of an Auditor working in a Part M / Part 145 organization, written by an Auditor with more than 25 years practical experience gained whilst auditing within Aviation Maintenance and Operations Environments.
The course is highly practical and relevant. Part 145 organisations are required to have an effective Quality audit Program to ensure that all required compliance’s (both external and Internal) are met by the organization.

Safety Management Systems Overview and Recurrent Workshop – 2 Days – 24th to 25th November 2016

This 2 day course aims to provide a comprehensive review of the overall effectiveness of our SMS. Delegates will undertake an overall review of SMS best practice and together with the regulatory driven obligations will perform a GAP analysis against their own organisation system.
The course is extremely intensive highly practical, and promotes best industry practices. It is an industry specific one-day program specifically designed for those who need to engage with a full understanding and manage, or deliver specific guidance within their own organisations.

FAA FAR 145 – 2 Days – 28th to 29th November 2016

The Aims of the course are to give delegates a detailed overview of FAR-145 regulation. The training includes many practical examples of FAR-145 Implementation and how to avoid potential problems.

The training will also promote the delegates understanding concerning both airworthiness and maintenance principles, including a thorough understanding of the Role of FAR-145 in all jurisdictions managed by an FAA Regulatory environment as applicable.
Understanding regulations driving the 145 process enables you to make the best business decisions and to ensure compliance.

CCAR-145 / EASA-145 / FAR-145 Differences – 1 Day – 30th November 2016

With the growth seen in China for aviation over the years, many organisations are now certificated by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) as well as by the FAA and the EASA.
All three regulations are slightly different and therefore personnel should not only be able to understand them in their entirety, but also be able to recognise the differences to avoid situations of non-compliance.

The Aims of the course are to help delegates understand the differences and peculiarities between the three regulations concerning both airworthiness and maintenance principles.
