EASA Part 145 Human Factors Training Skills for Trainers – 4 Days
EASA Part 145 regulations require all Part 145 approved maintenance organisations to ensure the implementation of a programme of Maintenance Human Factors (MHF) training for all affected personnel who have a specific involvement within the 145 organisation Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance or Workshop Maintenance. Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO) and Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO).
Following this four day interactive course participants will be fully prepared to be able to design and deliver effective human factors training both within their organisations and industry.
The course considers the practical skills required to master instructional techniques as well as to enable the role of facilitator. We promote as best practice an awareness of the communication techniques to full engage with your students
