Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures EASA – Essentials – 1 Day
The EASA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff. This training is designed to cover all elements which are essential to the effective management and operation of a fully compliant store. This in depth 1 day training is designed to provide attendees with: A detailed practical understanding of the requirements to Manage and Develop an Aviation Store.

EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials – 1 Day
This course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning. It is specifically designed to provide an essential knowledge of the people with a direct involvement in Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.
It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced.

EASA Part 145 – Aviation Production Planning Essentials – 1 Day
This 1 Day essentials course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Production Planning. Aircraft Reliability Systems Essentials – 1 Day
The purpose of a reliability program is to ensure that the aircraft maintenance program tasks are effective and their periodicity is adequate, in addition the reliability program may result in the escalation or deletion of a maintenance task, as well as the de-escalation or addition of a maintenance task. This intensive 1 day course will explain in detail and raise awareness regarding the management, oversight and methodologies involved in Aircraft Reliability Systems.

Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – Essentials – 1 Day
The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective audits. The delegate will consider practices to determine the root causes of identified issues. Consideration will be given to developing high quality reports, meeting professional standards and clearly communicating the need to oblige the business area owner to deliver corrective actions.

Aviation Maintenance Instructor – Developing Effective Techniques – 2 Days
This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the best practice Instructional techniques for effective training in the maintenance environment and prepares the Instructor with a key competence understanding serving as a precursor to taking part in Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) Training for Trainers, Internal Quality Auditing Training for Trainers and Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS). The course focuses both on the implementation and management processes involved in Maintenance Training as well as the need to develop personal training skills.

Train The Trainer Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS) – 1 1/2 Days

Sofema Aviation Services is pleased to offer a dedicated 1 1/2 Day in company Training to allow you to manage and deliver your own EWIS training to ensure compliance with the requirements of AMC 20-22. The course is a highly participative and stimulates involvement and provides for powerful motivation. To introduce the delegate to training skills and to provide the confidence which can be developed to deliver effective EWIS Training within your organizations. This course is a Train the Trainer course it is not a replacement for the requirement for EWIS training rather it is intended to prepare the Trainer for training within their own organizations.

Train the Trainer Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) – 1 1/2 Days
This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the requirement for effective FTS Training and provides a thorough grounding in effective techniques to enable your nominated FTS trainer to deliver appropriate training within your organization.
