EASA Part M Essentials – 1 Day – 7th March 2016

The Aims of the course are to provide delegates with a general overview of all parts of  EASA Part M, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of EASA Part M and all its subparts  and to understand how it relates to Part 145.

EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials – 1 Day – 8th March 2016

The Maintenance Planning Function is the responsibility of the Operator – Effective Maintenance Planning can contribute significantly to achieving real cost savings within the organization. This course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning. It is specifically designed to provide an essential knowledge of the people with a direct involvement in Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.

Aircraft Reliability Systems Essentials – 1 Day – 9th March 2016

Reliability can be about far more than simply maintaining Maintenance Programme (MP) effectiveness and reliability. Data collected through the reliability analysis process can be used to support the optimisation of the maintenance process. The purpose of a reliability program is to ensure that the aircraft maintenance program tasks are effective and their periodicity is adequate, in addition the reliability program may result in the escalation or deletion of a maintenance task, as well as the de-escalation or addition of a maintenance task.

Safety Management Systems Essentials Overview – 1 Day – 10th March 2016

With SMS we have a set of regulations, which allow Industry to establish best-practice that fits different cultures and place the main emphasis and duty on improving safety performance. This requires a real “team effort” as regulator and airline are all part of one large system.
