SMS for Accountable Managers Nominated Post Holders and Key Executives – 1 Day – Jakarta, Indonesia – 12th Dec 2016

This 1 day training course develops the understanding of the organisations responsibility and how the key managers and executives can play a role in assisting to support and deliver a strong SMS system. In addition we should understand the opportunities presented by SMS as a “Management System” which can be used to improve and develop the business as well as optimize for risk exposure.

This course is aimed at Accountable Managers and Other post Holders.

Safety Management Systems Overview and Recurrent – 1 Day – Jakarta, Indonesia – 13th Dec 2016

This 1 day course aims to provide a comprehensive review of the overall effectiveness of our SMS. Delegates will undertake an overall review of SMS best practice and together with the regulatory driven obligations will perform a GAP analysis against their own organisation system.

The course is extremely intensive highly practical, and promotes best industry practices. It is an industry specific one-day program specifically designed for those who need to engage with a full understanding and manage, or deliver specific guidance within their own organisations.

Aviation SMS Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis – 1 Day – Jakarta, Indonesia – 14th Dec 2016

This course is not intended to be entry level and it is expected that you are quite familiar with the theory regarding Safety Management and understand the concept that SMS is a specific approach to managing safety, including the full accountability procedures processes and policies within the framework of an organisational structures.

This training is highly relevant for safety and quality assurance ass well as business area stakeholders.

Maintaining SMS Compliance in an MRO and 145 – 1 Day – Jakarta, Indonesia – 15th Dec 2016

This 1 day training course which is focused on the specific challenges faced by 145 and MRO organizations to develop the understanding of the organisations responsibility and how the key managers and stakeholders can play a role in assisting to deliver a strong SMS system.

This training is highly relevant to all personnel with duties and/or responsibilities in the Line or Base Maintenance Environment. Quality Assurance Staff. Also of Interest to persons working in a CAMO or Part M Quality System.

Safety Management Systems Audit Techniques Essentials – 1 Day – Jakarta, Indonesia – 16th Dec 2016

The Safety Management System identifies as an essential goal, the improvement of the Safety Performance. In so doing the SMS aims to deliver an improvement in the risk exposure.

Looking at Risk is extremely subjective and this 1 Day course focuses on the best practices to deliver Safety Audits, understanding how to gather view and interpret the data we see in a meaningful way.
