Stores Incoming Inspection – 2 Days – 7th – 8th January 2016

This in depth 2 days training is designed to provide attendees with:

Management and Receipt Inspection.

EASA Part 145 – 2 Days – 11th – 12th January 2016

The Aims of the course are to give delegates a detailed overview of EASA Part 145 regulation. The training includes many practical examples of Part 145 Implementation and how to avoid potential problems. The training will also promote the delegates understanding concerning both airworthiness and maintenance principles, including a thorough understanding of the Role of Part 145 in all jurisdictions managed by an EASA Regulatory environment as applicable.

EASA Part M – All plus Subparts C, G & I in Detail – 2 Days – 13th – 14th January 2016

The primary purpose of this training is to provide a thorough understanding of the Role of Part M in all jurisdictions managed by an EASA Regulatory environment. To introduce delegates to the working of the Part M Regulatory Structure and to enable a full understanding of the operator’s responsibilities, Contracted arrangements, Subpart G responsibilities. The training is very practical with numerous examples, which are intended to give a practical perspective of how to apply the knowledge that they gain in the workplace and to satisfy the needs of the Accountable Manager responsible for EU Operators, Maintenance Post Holders, Quality Managers and Part 145 maintenance organisations wishing to gain Part M Subpart G approval.

Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – Essentials – 1 Day – 15th January 2016

This course is intended to be highly practical and to help the delegate focus on the 5 elements which exist within the audit finding.

1/ The finding – What is the problem?

2/ Why is it a problem – What standard has not been met (is it internal or external)?

3/ Why did it happen? – Here we consider Root Cause;

4/ What is the consequence? – risk or opportunity considered;

5/ Corrective action disposition – Who, What & When?

EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Fundamentals – 2 Days – 18th – 19th January 2016

This intensive 2 Day course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning, whilst at the same time considering opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of the process.

It is specifically designed for people with a direct involvement in EASA Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role. However it will service as a beneficial training program for anyone with responsibilities which include delivering effective Aircraft Maintenance.

EASA Part 145 Production Planning – 2 Days – 20th – 21st January 2016

This in depth 2 Day course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Production Planning
Furthermore it is specifically designed for people with a direct involvement in Part 145 Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role. It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment.

EASA Part M Developing an Effective Reliability Program Essentials – 1 Day – 22nd January 2016

The information processed is used to identify failure trends on fleets, and in so doing to develop corrective actions to ensure they can continue to operate in a safe, punctual, reliable and efficient manner. The training focuses on the gathering and processing of data. The display of Reliability Data and the way in which this data may be used to benefit the maintenance program. This intensive 1 Day course is specifically aimed at organisational personnel who are required to actively control and deliver the aircraft reliability program.
