Upon successful completion of each course, an online certificate will be issued. After completing all 8 courses, you will be eligible to apply for an additional Aviation Future Leaders Scholarship Certificate. This certificate will be sent as a soft copy to your registered email address. Read more

Terms & Conditions
We are now accepting applications until 20 August. The selected candidates will be notified and enroled at the begining of September 2024 with the winners to be announced at the beginning of September. They will embark on a six-month learning journey designed to enhance their leadership skills and aviation expertise. As part of the program, winners will enjoy free exclusive online workshops led by Steve Bentley, CEO of Sofema Aviation Services and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAеS), ensuring an engaging and interactive experience.

There is no cost for successful applicants to enrol in the program. We offer it as a contribution to developing the next generation of leaders.
