Steve Bentley – CEO of Sofema Aviation Services was pleased to support our Privileged Training Partner Emirates Airlines by delivering Aviation English for Technical Engineering Staff – 2 Days course and EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Fundamentals – 3 Days course.

About Mr Steve Bentley- CEO and Instructor in SAS:

Steve Bentley has commercial aviation experience (over 40 years) and deep knowledge of EASA.FAA – FAR 21 / Part 21 Regulatory & Bi-Lateral requirements. 

He has an in-depth knowledge of the EASA regulatory structure, is a competent trainer with a huge portfolio of subjects including both aviation operations and maintenance disciplines, he is a trained ISO 9000 lead auditor, as well as IOSA trained. With decades of practical experience, he can support the development of working solutions to many of the organisational challenges which we face within the operational and maintenance environment.

About the Aviation English for Technical Engineering Staff – 2 Days course:

All twenty-one delegates completed the training session and learned to identify how they can use their knowledge of Aviation English Standards to improve their internal documentation procedures.
Attendance to this course assumes a strong understanding of the English Language and the associated structure of English Grammar.

About the EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Fundamentals – 3 Days course:

At the end of this Training, the delegates have a comprehensive understanding of the Roles and responsibilities associated with Maintenance Planning, and the importance of delivering an effective Maintenance Planning Function within the organization. They achieved a solid understanding related to Subpart G Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM) and the Continuing Airworthiness Organisation (CAMO).

The session started on November 17th and finished on November 21st 2019 with excellent feedback given by the participants:
