Another topic that would be covered from Davit Mazmishvili is “Measuring Safety Performance”
Mr Mazmishvili is a Founder and Managing Director at Aviation Innovative Solutions Group and CEO of Qwest Helicopters Georgia.
He stepped into the aviation industry when he was 28 years old. Davit was studying to be an engineer and would not imagine that he could manage to fly on so many different types of helicopters and aeroplanes. He has accumulated various experiences, starting from pilot to being a training captain and an instructor. Holding a Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License he maintains his currency but same time acting as a Manager since gained experience on various positions worked as Head of Safety Department and Flight Operations Department of an airline with six aeroplanes: A320’s and B737’s.
His passion is to share experience and Aviation University is giving him this opportunity. Also, now Davit is acting as a trainer for a few organizations. Training Airline and CAA representatives on Human Factors and all aspects that have an impact on Safety.
