Sofema Aviation Services www.sassofia.com (The owner of EOL) offer the opportunity to host in company trainings for delivery only to your companies own staff. (Your own material to be delivered as you require to your own staff)
Often you have a need to repeat a training to your staff – maybe as a recurrent requirement a briefing or a training for new starters.
Training which is mounted on Easaonline LMS on behalf of a company is private and only available for nominated employees of the relevant company.
We can help by:
- Supporting the development of your training or accepting as provided
- Mounting your training on our LMS
- Managing the Administration and Support on your behalf
- If you prefer to provide you with Admin access to your students
Please note that all prices shown are inclusive of basic administrative support, additional contracted services are also available up to and including full management of training records:
up to 2 hours training – 17.50 USD / user
up to 1/2 day (3.5 hours) training – 25 USD / user
up to 1 day (7 hours) training – 35 USD / user
up to 2 days (14 hours) training – 60 USD / user
The above prices are illustrative and are typical for an organisation with up to 10 employees for larger number discounts apply with normal discounts of up to 25% is available on the above prices
If a formal certificate of completion is required from Sofema Aviation Services a standard charge of 15 USD is applicable (registered certificate delivered on PDF)

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR MOUNTING YOUR TRAINING
It is our goal to optimise the process of mounting your training and to ensure a speedy resolution, it is not possible to quote a single price due to the varying nature of the task.
We look to all possibilities to provide flexibility.
Source Training material may be optimised and uploaded on the website, alternatively your instructor may be provided access to do this directly.
less than 10 hours work (per project) – 20 USD / hour
from 10 to 30 hours work (per project) – 17.50 USD / hour
from 30 to 50 hours work (per Project) – 15 USD / hour
more than 50 hours work (per project) – 12.50 USD / hour
MANAGEMENT OF YOUR RECURRENT TRAINING PROGRAM
The following service is available as an annual service with a minimum of 10 employees charged at 50 USD / employee / year (discounts apply for more than 25 participants):
- Monthly Management Status Reports
- Recurrent training to be managed so that each applicant remains current at all times (courses are to be completed 4 weeks prior to expiry)
- Emails sent to participants 4 weeks before Training is due
- Follow up email sent direct to Quality Manager if Training is not complete by the target deadline.
Note that Ad-Hoc management and status reports are available for an administrative cost of 100 USD
