Course Compliance Details
The course meets the full intent of EASA Part CAMO Requirements (Initial SMS & human factors training should cover all the topics of the training syllabus specified in GM2 CAMO.A.305(g). It will introduce the delegates to all elements of Aviation Safety Systems & Human Factors with the intention of providing a better understanding of the subject and finding workable methods to improve standards and compliance.
The training objectives are to consider and understand the implications of error, the organisation’s safety culture, its procedures, and safety policy and methods of communication.
