EASA (EC) Regulation 965/12 for Non Complex & Small Operators – Essentials – 1 Day – Sofia, Bulgaria March 20, 2017

Regulation 965/2012 has a significant impact affecting all European Operators. This training is specifically focused on key personnel in Aviation Management, Flight Operations or Aircraft Maintenance environment involved in or with responsibility for the management and oversight of EASA regulation (EC) 965/2012 in small and non- complex organisation

The Regulation also lays down detailed rules on the conditions for issuing, maintaining, amending, limiting, suspending or revoking the certificates of operators of aircraft referred to in Article 4(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 engaged in commercial air transport operations, the privileges and responsibilities of the holders of certificates as well as conditions under which operations shall be prohibited, limited or subject to certain conditions in the interest of safety.

EASA Ground Ops Post Holder Training – 1 Day – Sofia, Bulgaria March 21st, 2017

Typical responsibilities of the Ground Operations Post Holder will of course include ensuring the company’s compliance with EASA regulations and to ensure that the company is following the required procedures .

The Ground Operations Post holder is also responsible for the management of Staff Competence and the effectiveness of the Safety Management System in the Ground Operations environment. In addition he (or she) is responsible for the ongoing development of Operations Procedures, and typically plays a major role in the event of the activation of Emergency Procedures. Additional responsibilities will extend to oversight of the general Safety and Security delivery of Standards.

EASA Part FCL Regulatory Training Essentials – 1 Day – Sofia, Bulgaria March 22nd, 2017

The purpose of this one day course on is consider in detail the obligations affecting EASA Air Crew Regulation. A review of EASA Basic Regulation 216/08 is provided together with a comprehensive introduction to the annexes contained in EU regulation 1178/11 and Amending Regulations for Air Crew.

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011 lays down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to civil aviation aircrew pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
