Meet Kristina Mladenova – Senior Multimеdia Specialist at Sofema Online (SOL) www.SofemaOnline.com
Sofema has been delivering high-level regulatory training since 2008. As we continue to grow, we strive to get to know our customers, so we can meet their needs in the best possible way. This goes both ways, and that’s why we want you to learn more about our team.
Get to know Kristina
Kristina joined the Sofema team in July 2019. She had the opportunity to gain experience in different departments. Krisi started working in the SAS Ops team, then she moved to the Marketing team. She currently works with Sofema Online as a Senior Multimedia Specialist.

“At the time of joining Sofema, I was too far from the aviation field as my experience was related to the arts. These 2 years were very exciting and useful for me as I have expanded my circle of knowledge and also obtained the Aviation Leadership and Management Skills Development Online Diploma (See details). Hope I will have more opportunities in the future and will grow in the right direction.”
We asked Krisi a few questions
- What inspired you to become a multimedia specialist?
I was inspired by the variety of the work. I can describe my job as non-routine work. For example, I’m meeting the challenge to support a client and thinking about the design of the training in the meantime.
- Can you describe your job in three words?
Creative, Responsible, Smart.
- What is the best aspect about being a part of the Sofema Team?
Being a part of Sofema helped me to learn new skills from others’ experiences and also I found the communication between our colleagues smooth and friendly.
- Which skills have you developed while working at Sofema?
I have improved some technical skills.
- If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
“How to be Blessed” Because for all the things happening in my life I need guidance from Above.
- Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
Acting – it is actually not a hidden talent as I have a degree in Acting School.
